Dr. Wilson is a full-time Aerospace Engineer. He has worked in both the private sector and for the U.S. Government. His areas of expertise include propulsion, aerodynamics, aircraft performance, and flight test instrumentation. Dr. Wilson holds Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, and Ground Instructor Certificates. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri and a Registered Patent Agent. Dr. Wilson received a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from Washington University. He is also a graduate of the University of Missouri - Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management. Dr. Wilson is a member of several professional societies. He is a Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a former member of the AIAA Air Breathing Propulsion Systems Integration Technical Committee. He is the former Chairman of the Propulsion Technical Committee for the American Helicopter Society. Dr. Wilson has served has served as an expert witness for aircraft accident litigation. Dr. Wilson is a founding member of AACES.
